When I call I am placed on hold and then transferred to a nurse. Then, I have to explain my child's symptoms before anyone will give me an appointment. Are there any plans to improve this process?

Yes, when you call you will be asked one question. Who is your child’s doctor? The receptionist can make your appointment without the need for you to speak with a nurse. You may still speak to a nurse if you just need some medical advice but it is no longer necessary for obtaining an appointment when you need it.
