Appointments & Sick Hours

You may now make an appointment online or call our offices. Most of our doctors will be able to see you on a same day basis. We can control our schedules more easily if we know you are coming. In this way, we can reduce your waiting time.

Walk-ins are a necessary part of any pediatric practice.

Please freel free to arrive at the following times at each office without an appointment if your child has been sick overnight:

Le Bonheur Office
Sick Walk-In is Monday through Friday, 7:00-9:30 a.m.
(No Sick Hours on Weekend)

Humphreys Boulevard (East) Office
Sick Walk-In is Monday through Friday, 8:00-9:30 a.m. and 8:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday

Collierville Office
Sick Walk-In is 8:00-9:30 a.m.
(No Sick Hours on Weekend)

Even in these situations, because of the volume of calls/visits in the morning, it is sometimes best to call and obtain an appointment time. Also, keep in mind your doctor may be rounding at one of the hospitals in the morning and we want you to see your doctor whenever possible.

When scheduling an appointment, let the scheduler know of any special problems that you would like to address during the appointment. Developmental problems, school issues, and behavioral problems require more time than a routine physical exam.
